The Pura Vida Journey!

Last year I started working with this absolutely amazing company called Pura Vida! There were a few reasons I wanted to work with them; I absolutely love artisan jewelry, they do absolutely great work for charity while also raising awareness for multiple causes! Four of which had significant importance to me. I had purchased a bracelet that raised money for anxiety disorder awareness, as well as depression awareness, and diabetes awareness. I had also purchased a little dipper bracelet they no longer sell. The last bracelet I had purchased was the B.E.A.C.H, Marine debris solutions. I have suffered from depression and anxiety for a large portion of my life. Unfortunately, they controlled my life for a very long time. As for the little dipper it reminds me of a time when I was younger. I use to look at the stars from my parent back yard. It was one of the most calming things for me other than reading. I love stars and space. Finally diabetes, this is a disease that has affected multiple family members. My great grandmother while she was alive. My grandmother and my brother as well as others. Prior I had mentioned their work with charities they donate portions of the proceeds made from specific bracelets like some that I purchased and others I will be mentioning. I find this company to be so amazing and truly rewarding to work with. Every few months we get the opportunity to make our own bracelet packs and I haven't done it yet. Soon though I can feel that time coming soon. But when I saw the Colton Underwood Legacy pack come through right after I found out about my Endo I knew things were changing. They have been making more and more foundation packs and they are absolutely stunning but they also here to make a change. I've been around so many people talking about their Cystic Fibrosis on my other Instagram. The one where I don't feel like I have to hide my invisible illnesses so much. I realized and I mean I've known it for a while but truly you never know what someone is going through. You can say it as much as you want, heck you can be that person going through it and still be saying it like me. But something has to change in this world. That was my long way of saying so many things but this company I think is starting a change for the good. But let me take a deep breath and get out of those feels for a moment and show you some of this super pretty stuff!
